Why epoxy flooring?
What preparation is involved in epoxy flooring?
Typically shot blasting or grinding concrete is mandatory for epoxy adhesion. We prefer to fill cracks and voids at this stage. As with anything, preparation is the most important step.
Are all epoxies the same?
No. We will ask you a series of questions about your usage, expected performance, and budget to determine the best flooring system for you. For example, kitchens require a special type of finish, and sometimes a seamless cove base, whereas a residential garage floor may use a different process entirely.
How do I clean my epoxy floor?
It depends on the system you choose. The majority of epoxy floors can be cleaned with detergents such as dawn dish soap, or mild degreasers to remove oil stains and spills.
